Deleting your data

You can ask for your information to be deleted from LAMTANS Growth Partner at any time.

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, Google or TikTok

1. Disconnect the account: in the application, open the project's Connections and remove it; or remove “LAMTANS Growth Partner” in the provider's own settings (for Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Remove).
2. Email hello@lamtans.com with the subject “Delete my data”, saying which business and which account.
3. We delete the information received from that account within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you have a sign-in to the application

Ask your administrator to close your account, or email hello@lamtans.com with the subject “Delete my data”. We delete your account information within 30 days and confirm by email. A record of a signed agreement and security records may be kept where the law requires.

If you sent an enquiry to a business

Email hello@lamtans.com with the subject “Delete my data” and the email address you used. We delete the enquiry within 30 days and tell the business it was deleted at your request.
