Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LAMTANS Growth Partner (“the application”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, how it is used and kept, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. The application is provided by LAMTANS Engineering Ltd (United Kingdom), part of the LAMTANS Group of Companies, which is the controller of the information described here. Where we process information on behalf of a business that uses the application, that business is the controller and we act as its processor.

1. Who this policy covers

Users — people with a sign-in to the application (business owners and their team members).
Businesses — the organisations whose websites and marketing the application manages.
Website visitors who send an enquiry — people who contact one of those businesses through a form, chat or email that the application receives.

2. What we collect

We do not collect payment-card details. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

3. Accounts you connect

You choose which outside accounts to connect, and you can disconnect them at any time from the application or from the provider's own settings. Depending on what you connect, the application may:

Google Search Console — read search performance (search phrases, clicks, impressions, positions) and page-indexing status for your website.
Google Analytics — read visit and conversion figures for your website.
Google Business Profile — read your business listing and reviews and, with your approval, post your replies to reviews.
Google Ads — read campaign results and, only when you press Start, create or change campaigns.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — publish the posts you approve to the Pages and accounts you choose, and read their likes, comments and shares.
TikTok — create the adverts you approve (only when you press Start) and read their results.
WordPress or your website system — publish the page changes you approve.
Your business mailbox — read new incoming messages to find customer enquiries (it never deletes mail or marks it as read), and send the replies you approve.

Google user data. LAMTANS Growth Partner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide and improve the features you see in the application for your own business. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, do not let people read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires, and do not use it to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.

4. How we use artificial intelligence

Some features use artificial-intelligence services to draft text, plans, replies and pictures. Only the information needed for the task you asked for is sent. These services are used through their business interfaces, which do not use the information to train their models. Nothing written by artificial intelligence is published or sent in your name without a person's approval.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the application, under contracts that limit them to that purpose:

Hosting: Hostinger (servers in the United Kingdom).
Artificial-intelligence providers chosen by the administrator (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq or OpenRouter), and picture services (OpenAI Images, remove.bg, Pexels).
Search and market data: DataForSEO.
Calls and messages, where switched on: Twilio and WhatsApp.
Video rendering, where used: Shotstack.
The platforms you connect (Google, Meta, TikTok and your website), to carry out what you approve.
Your own customer-relationship system or automation tool (for example Zapier), only if you set it up to receive your enquiries.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and others.

6. Where information is kept and how it is protected

Information is stored on our hosting provider's servers. Access requires a password, a recognised device and, for new devices, an administrator's approval; only one session per account is allowed; connections are encrypted (HTTPS); passwords are stored only as one-way hashes; secret keys are never shown back once saved. Where information moves between countries, we rely on the safeguards the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

Account and business information: while the account is active, and deleted within 30 days of the account being closed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Enquiries: for as long as the business keeps its account, or until the business or the person who sent it asks us to delete it.
Data from connected accounts: refreshed regularly; deleted within 30 days of you disconnecting the account or closing your account.
Security and audit records, and signed agreements: kept as long as needed for security and legal evidence.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and US state privacy laws), you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent you have given (for example to newsletters) at any time. To use any of these rights, email hello@lamtans.com. We answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

If you sent an enquiry to a business that uses the application, you can also contact that business directly; it decides what happens to your enquiry.

9. Cookies

The application uses only the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, one that recognises your device for the security check, and a short-lived one on enquiry forms that records where the visitor came from. We do not use advertising cookies in the application.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell users in the application or by email.
