Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of LAMTANS Growth Partner (“the application”), provided by LAMTANS Engineering Ltd (United Kingdom), part of the LAMTANS Group of Companies (“we”, “us”). Agency services sold in Pakistan are contracted by LAMTANS PVT Ltd, another member of the group, under its own written agreement. By using the application you agree to these terms. Team members also sign the user agreement shown inside the application, which applies alongside these terms; if the two differ, the signed user agreement prevails for that user.

1. The service

The application helps a business grow online: it reads the business's website, plans the work, prepares and improves pages and content, prepares social posts and adverts, gathers enquiries in one place, drafts replies and reports results. Many features use artificial intelligence. Features change and improve over time.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are created by an administrator. Keep your password private and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
• We may suspend an account to protect the application, its users or others.

3. Your approval and your responsibility

• Work that is published, sent, spent or changed in your name happens only after a person approves it. You are responsible for checking it before you approve it.
• You confirm that you have the right to connect the accounts and websites you connect, and to use the content, logos and pictures you provide.
• You are responsible for your own legal duties, including advertising rules, consumer law, data-protection law and the terms of the platforms you connect (Google, Meta, TikTok and others).
• Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. Drafts are suggestions: check facts, prices, claims and legal wording before you approve them.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the application to break the law; to send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive; to publish false, misleading, defamatory or infringing material; to impersonate anyone; to collect personal information unlawfully; to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the application; or to get around its security.

5. Costs and paid services

Some actions use paid outside services (for example advertising spend, picture generation or search data). The application shows the cost or the tokens before any paid action, and nothing paid runs without approval. Advertising spend is paid to the platform concerned under its own terms. Any fees for the application itself are agreed separately in writing.

6. Content and ownership

• You keep ownership of your content and your business information.
• You give us permission to use them only to provide the application to you.
• Generic pictures and templates made through the application may be kept in its shared library and reused for other businesses; they never contain your name, your details or your customers' details.
• The application itself, its software, design and the LAMTANS Growth Partner name belong to the LAMTANS Group of Companies.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Results

Search rankings, visitors, enquiries and sales depend on many things outside our control, including Google's and other platforms' decisions. We work to improve them and report them honestly, but we do not promise any particular result.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the application available and your information safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. Outside services we connect to may change or stop.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data, or for the acts of outside platforms; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the application in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Ending use

You may stop using the application at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. When an account is closed, information is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell users in the application or by email. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept it.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
